PRESS RELEASE Virtual (Via Zoom), Kenya | 10 October 2020 To mark World Mental Health Day , I hosted an online webinar titled “Invisible Wounds” , bringing together mental health practitioners, advocates, and members of the public for an open and timely conversation on mental well-being, emotional trauma, and healing. The virtual event was held on 10th October 2020 via Zoom and aimed to raise awareness around the often-overlooked psychological and emotional struggles individuals face, particularly those that remain unseen and unspoken. The conversation was moderated by Karen Kilwake , who guided the discussion with a focus on empathy, lived experience, and practical pathways toward healing.
